Robert FairbairnPrincipal Financial Adviser

The Principal of Belle Financial Services is Robert Fairbairn (Dip PFS), an Independent Financial Adviser, whose career in the financial industry has spanned more than four decades including 2 years in the Teacher’s Pension Department of the Civil Service, 27 years working within Prudential Assurance and the remaining years as an Independent Financial Adviser.

Gary NealeFinancial Adviser

Gary Neale (Dip PFS), is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser, who joined Belle Financial Services in 2015 bringing an additional 10 years of financial experience to the firm. He began his career as a tied adviser with Abbey Life, then worked in Hartlepool as an Independent Financial Adviser before joining Belle Financial Services here in Eston.

Runi SaadFinancial Adviser

Runi is an experienced financial adviser with a diverse background in financial services. Since 2002 she has been working directly with major UK banks such as Barclays and RBS. She has also worked at Fidelity Investments. This enables her to help clients pursue their long-term financial goals through comprehensive, individualised financial planning. Her aim is to grow and protect her client’s wealth by designing and implementing tailored, tax efficient, financial solutions and strategies. She works with any types of client, specialising in company and corporate clients. Runi works mainly in the Greater Manchester area and also looks after our clients in Scotland.

She is working voluntarily as a Dispute Resolution Adviser in the Early Resolution Team for The Pension Ombudsman.

Lynn MitchellPractice Development Manager

During her previous thirty five years in business, Lynn has established a robust background in compliance, having delivered projects both here and in South Africa, regulated by Ofsted, ECITB, CITB and many others. Working for companies on a self-employed basis as Interim Director/Project Manager, Lynn has successfully gained high level certification, assisting companies to achieve their goals and exceed compliance targets.

At Belle Financial Services Ltd., Lynn will be instrumental in establishing the company’s procedures and documentary evidence to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority. She will work with the Principal and Advisers to define company structure, develop both job descriptions and associate contracts, and develop the company’s business plan focused on the needs of our clients.

Ian Andrew BlatherwickIndependent Financial Adviser

Andy is very pleased to have joined Belle Financial Services. In fact it was Bob Fairbairn that encouraged and assisted me into Financial Services many years ago.

I am a member of the Personal Finance Society (part of the Chartered Insurance Institute), Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants and Bookkeepers.

After working in Financial Services in the UK I was approached to also work in the Middle East. I took up this opportunity based in Dubai. This taught me a lot about financial planning in international markets and tax in different jurisdictions. I therefore have an extensive background working in financial services within the UK and Middle East, covering different jurisdictional regulatory and tax authorities.

As a Financial Planner I look after the long term needs of all my clients, in respect of they and their family needs to ensure the family is protected against untimely events also ensuring they have financial independence into retirement, covering life protection, investments and pensions. This includes preparing investment portfolios to ensure risk and reward are properly matched to an individual client. Additionally I assist my clients in tax matters, tax returns and HMRC enquiries.
